  • Handle complaints and determine if refunds are needed.

  • Arrange distribution of Title forms to Towers as needed.
  • Generate Bill of Sales for any person that successfully bids on a vehicle.

  • Provide a summary report to the Agency.

  • GovDeals.com is a national web site that handles auctions of State and Federal equipment and vehicles. We have contracted to process all Parking agencies abandoned vehicles through their web site. CIPS processes all vehicle information input required. 
  • CIPS will take pictures (min. of 5) of all vehicles scheduled for auction. Requires traveling to Tower’s holding lots. 
  • Manage all logistics between the Agency and GovDeals.

  • Most States require public notice prior to any abandoned vehicle auction. 
  • CIPS generates the  required press advertisement for local newspaper.
  • Advertise Auction on GovDeals.com web site. 
  • Advertise Auction on Vendorhood Autos website (average of 3,000 – 14,000 daily hits).

Pricing option is based on the number of vehicles processed for auction

Price Per vehicle

Net $0 or $255

Cost are deducted from the proceeds of the Parking Agencies auction.  Cost included all Pre, During, and Post auction processing needed for each vehicle. We  have found that most auction proceeds cover all cost of processing. If processing cost exceed the net funds collected by the auction then the Parking Agency will cover the difference.  


Minimum bids for vehicles can range from $400 to $750.  

Average bid amounts for past auctions, have been approx. $750.
