Many municipalities are finding, unfortunately, that not all ALPR systems are created equal, with some having high costs and overly complex integration requirements.
Caryl Technologies has solved this problem with our smart, complete parking management system with Automatic License Plate recognition technology.
Our system is designed to improve the efficiency of parking enforcement and increase the profitability of your parking utility or department.
On most existing LPR systems, enforcement routines look like this:
Caryl Technologies’ s Centrally Integrated Parking System (or CIPS) aids Parking enforcement agencies in order to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and maximize manpower, all while reducing their overall LPR operating complexity and cost.
Imagine you could implement (2) fully outfitted ALPR vehicles, new mobile tablet devices for your PEOs, integrate with mobile and meter-based payment systems to automatically identify overtime parking violations, as well as roll out a virtual temporary guest parking system for as little as $1.65 per ticket.
Our system utilizes a two-step process that’s easy to implement and process.
Step One: An LPR with a single driver scans all enforceable parking areas to process all scanned vehicles for payments or parking permits and instantly transmits any found violations, with photos, to a mobile tablet carried by a PEO.
Step Two: The PEO can then issue tickets only to vehicles that are identified with violations on their mobile tablet.
Supervisors can also monitor violations in real time, 24/7, and assign PEOs to areas with the highest concentration of violations.
This system can scan and identify 3-5 times more violations than current systems, all while providing an ROI of fewer than 6 months on a 3-year system.
